All products sold by Serve Plus One, are made to order and fulfilled through a third-party print-on-demand provider, Printful.

Processing Time

Because items are produced on demand, please allow 2–10 business days for order processing and production before shipment. Processing times may vary due to product type, order volume, or external factors.

Shipping Time

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination address. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Fulfillment & Shipping Responsibility

Serve Plus One, is not responsible for delays caused by the fulfillment provider, shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier. Any claims for lost or damaged packages must be submitted in accordance with Printful’s policies. We do not guarantee replacements or refunds for shipping issues.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
